J'Har walks into jarvaskarr and see's Za'Tak sitting by the fire eating his meal and walks over to him. "Za'Tak, do you have any jobs available for me today"?

Za'tak looks up at the young whelp before him and says, "Yes, a report from Rorikstead, they've hired us to take care of some forsworn just west of them, if you can kill them you'll be payed and in turn we'll be payed," as he says this he is looking at a letter from Rorikstead and adding onto his earlier statement he says, "Check in with the inn keeper there he should help you and take Aela with you,".
