The Fox and the Dragon

Churcul lead the pair he moved as if he had a map yet he lack any such thing. Upon reaching the base of the dragon's nest the roars of dragons became so loud that it made speech difficult, so upon reaching the base of the trail Churcul bowed and motioned for the arogonian to take the lead. The path was riddled with bones and gravel

At the top of the nest lay a dragon breathing fire onto another part of the nest, and after a few moments a man appeared from the fire with a strange ethereal from the figure as if he had been there all long. While he speedily replied with

"No no what seeecreets doz tis hold... Oh jes ...."

Churcul eager to see the action moves up silently until he steps on a former deer's femur shattering it and alerting the dragon and the man. The man turns exposing his face the dark scales that cover his body seemed even darker he was tired and hadn't feed in ages his eyes were pale white, so white that he almost appeared to be blind. The argonian began walking towards the noise shouting as the dragon roared.

"Come out now or face oblivion!"

Churcul lay on his back terrified acting to be dead. Even though his sword was strangely in it's sheath

Legate looks behind himself before fully standing up and taking aim at the dragon firing off a few shots before looking down at Churcul. "Run you fool! By the nine if I'm still alive when this is over you'll think sithis could watch children when I'm done with you!" He proceeded to again fire arrows at the dragon, his main concern the argonian in his mind could be dealt with, the dragon not so much, even with many diffrent poisions flowing through his veins when the arrows hit home.

The dragon held it's breath storing the fire, the argonian merrily began laughing.

"Tu shoold of killed me while tu coold... FEIM"

Then the argonian became an orb of purple black and walked through legates arms, then turned around about a foot away from him and faced him still laughing as the shout wore off spewing purple balls in all directions. Meanwhile Churcul had climbed behind the dragon just getting to his feet.

Legate takes hiw bow out once again taking a arrow with a special kind of poision before wait for the dragon's open it's maw smiling slightly, before moving to the side away from the argonian. "That's one problem soon to be removed."

The argonians back began to grow in length, (he was about to do something that he hadn't done for hundreds of years) while stepping in front of this archer prepared to use some unrelenting force to send this archer plummeting to his death.

"I wiill give zu one chance to walk awayy, leeve now nd bee spared."

The dragon stood vigilant at the two argonians not noticing Churcul preparing to jumped onto the dragon's weary head and end it's life early, he was just waiting for a sign and was trying to get legates attention by silently bobbing up and down.

Trees was surprised by this argonian's tenacity, but he was not one for honorig such traits. Trees interrupting himself by attempting to dodge the arrow by moving right, but they were too close it struck the side of his head cutting above his left "ear" (in argonians ears are baicly holes) he knew of the poison on the arrow as it was dripping from it. He was now enraged his wing protruded from his back and as soon as they could while trees shouted in defense, and reached for his pack for the appropriate potion.

"FUS RU DA!"

Sending the archer flying through the air, if he was unable to recive help or save himself he would surly parish.

Legate screamed but he still had a few tricks up his sleeve. throwing a grappling hook forcefully down into the earth it's self he used to momentum to run up the cliff before drawing another air taking a deep breath to compose himself before firing at him once again aiming solely for body shots now. "You didn't think it would be this easy now did you, oh exotic argonian!"

Trees folded his wings in (without bringing back into his body) sending him falling quickly leading trees to tackle the assassin this wasn't his first fight with a skilled archer and then expanded them back out upon contact ,the arrow flew off into the wilderness it's unknown the effects it will have on the wildlife. Trees after grabbing the assassin began flying up into the sky as fast as he could ascend saying.

"Zu know, en my home country of black marsh we would take the young sarpas out to flly for the first time...

Churcul managed to find a potion gulping it thankfully he stood searchig for his friend.

Legate roared taking out his knife plunging it into the side of the argonian "Put me down at once, or I will end you in the air!"

Trees reached for the wound as it happened,but as they were dropping him now would kill him anyway he turned left slightly enough to cause the un- needed cargo to miss the nest and plummet into the now on fire forest.

"Urr! As you wish... FEIM"

Then trees resumed his black purple state with all physical things phasing trough him including the dagger.

Legate flipped over in the air spreading his limbs to slow him down even just a tad bit as he fell. Taking out his bow he knew he wouldn't be able to throw a normal grappling as far a he needed. The hook on the arrow landed in the side of the mountain and he grabbed onto it tightly as he led the momentum simply swing him like a pendulum and singing back up into the nest with a nasty thud before coughing blood into his helmet "I hate days like these......"

The wears off quickly, but hadn't yet; trees saw this as an opertunity to leave quickly to patch up and take his artifact home and began flying away as the shout wore slowly. Churcul watched as legate fell jumping when he hit the nest saying...

"Ooooo! Your fine come on let's find the job and get this done!"

Chircul begins searching the entire area.
